Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad typically arrive within 5–15 minutes. During peak hours, it may take 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–2 business days, and crypto withdrawals take 15–45 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For crypto, the equivalent value applies. If your balance includes bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met before you can withdraw.

If your request is still "Pending", you may be able to cancel it from the dashboard. Once it moves to "Processing" status, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need help, contact support@9bets.onl right away.

🏏 Betting Rules

Live betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. In the Live section at 9 Bets, you can bet on ongoing matches at any moment. Odds shift constantly, so quick decisions are key.

Decimal odds (e.g. 2.50) mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 in total. Fractional odds (3/2) mean you earn ৳3 profit on a ৳2 bet. 9 Bets uses decimal format by default, but you can switch in Settings.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you can settle your bet before the match ends. The Cash Out amount depends on the live game situation at that moment.

If a match is completely abandoned, the full stake is refunded. If play is suspended after a specific number of overs or a set time, results may be settled up to that point. Full details are available on the Terms & Conditions page.

An accumulator combines multiple match selections into a single bet. If all selections win, the odds are multiplied together — potentially resulting in a much larger payout. However, if any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

In handicap betting, the weaker team is given a virtual advantage. For example, if Bangladesh is given a -1.5 run handicap, they must win by 2 or more runs for the bet to pay out. This levels the playing field between two unevenly matched teams.

The minimum bet starts at ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by match and market. Higher limits apply to major international matches. Special elevated limits are available for High Roller members.
