9 Bets Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Becoming a Member

To register an account with 9 Bets, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

Only one account per person is permitted. If a member is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

9 Bets strictly does not serve anyone under the age of 18. After registration, members may be asked to provide a government-issued ID (NID, passport, or driving license) for age and identity verification at any time.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. This is part of international anti-money laundering policy and applies to all members.

• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• If any submitted documents are found to be unclear or forged, the account will be permanently closed.
• The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

9 Bets supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions via Bitcoin and USDT are also available.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Withdrawals are typically processed within 12 hours of the request, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.

• The payment method used for deposits must be the same one used for withdrawals.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Funds tied to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
• For suspicious transactions, 9 Bets reserves the right to withhold payment until an investigation is completed.

All betting activity on 9 Bets is conducted under transparent and fair rules. Odds for each market are set based on real market data and updated regularly.

Once a bet has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 9 Bets declares the bet void under special circumstances. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• 9 Bets reserves the right to void any bets placed by exploiting technical errors.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays.
• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.
• Match-fixing or betting using insider information is a criminal offence.

9 Bets regularly offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms and validity period, which are clearly stated on the promotions page or in the offer notification.

• To withdraw a bonus, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• 9 Bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9 Bets platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using bots, automation software, or hacking tools.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other members.
• Applying arbitrage betting or coordinated betting strategies.

9 Bets reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. In most cases, members will be notified in advance.

• Violations of the terms and conditions may result in account closure without notice.
• Members may also request account closure at any time.
• If any bets are still active at the time of account closure, the balance will be settled once those bets are resolved.
• Under our Responsible Gaming policy, self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours in 99% of cases.

• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority.
• Funds related to an ongoing dispute may be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.
